Use a typed client for Collector and Scanner(s)

Describe the solution you'd like Currently we're using a RESTClient, but it will be better to use a typed client.

Hi @pmengelbert I would like to start working on it. Could you elaborate on the issue a little? I have experience in writing REST APIs in Golng.
