Environment variables not set in shell on Windows 11

Using Codelite 17.4.0 on Windows 11 with the default terminal [Version 10.0.22621.1992]

Right clicking on a file in the Workspace View tree provides a "Open Shell" option. On older versions of Codelite / Windows, this used to have the project's environment variables correctly set.

However, under Windows 11, with the multi-tab version of the command line shell, the project's additional environment variables are not set.
