[Bug]: project disappeared from workspace

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new workspace
2. Add new project (named for example foo, static library)
3. Close workspace
4. Reopen workspace
5. Add new project to the same directory as foo (named foo.test, console)
6. Alt + tab to another window
7. Alt + tab back
8. "Setting changed outside, reload?" -> press reload
9. Voila, foo disappeared
