[Bug]: Errors in log

What happened?

OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 CodeLite: 17.4.0

There some error lines in log file (I mean codelite.log, attached) First error line looks like something similar with https://github.com/eranif/codelite/issues/3219 (path to %appdata% contains utf-8 symbols) Next three lines looks like incorrect form of full path

I have full rights to read/write in this folders

1. Start codelite
2. Menu Settings -> <Open various items and try to change various options>
