[Bug]: I set up MinWG64. Then I couldn't see MinWG on Help-->Setup Wizard--> Compile Name list

Steps to reproduce

Before I setup Code Lite. I setup rust c. Then I tried to remove it. But I couldn't. Then remove codelite. I setup code lite  again. I setup Mingw64 again. But I couldn't see MinWG on Help-->Setup Wizard--> Compile Name list. For this reason I couln't compile my codes. Then I selected Build Settings Menu. I added Mingv there. But It didn't add Help-->Setup Wizard--> Compile Name list.
