[Bug]: PHP project wizard

What happened?

The PHP wizard aimed at creating a new project is buggy. Actually the last screen does not show any button, preventing the user to complete the project creation. image

Steps to reproduce

Using the "create new project..." option in the workspace menu, proceed to the creation of a project until you reach the mentioned screen.

In the meantime, would it be possible to get a template that we can fill in by hand.
