What happened?

[Bug]: FSW Workspace General tab looks "unfinished" - see screenshot

Without borders around text fields etc it is a little difficult to understand and navigate in...

Well it is not something new - it has been like this for months - since the last rewrite of the FSW Workspace dialog - I believe - I just kept forgetting to report it :-)

I'm on ArchLinux - building CL against the official wxWidgets 3.2.2 and gtk 3 packages

PS: the other tabs in the FSW Workspace are fine - only the "General" tab looks "wierd"
