[Bug]: New projects unbound from workspace on reopening the workspace.

What happened?

So I ve created a new workspace. Added some projects. Then I close the workspace, then open, and I do not have those projects anymore.

Seems like problem is names with "." character. I found out that it is impossible to rename a project with such characters. But it still allows to create a project with the dot character. And seems like it just does not read such folders with dots as projects.

Hello there, i got similar issue. I created workspace for PHP, added project from existing src. When i restart the ide, the workspace got empty folder, like the folder lost any settings no path to filesystem, no name nothing

The path to project is D:\WebProjects\epoach Windows 11 Home - 10.0.22000 Build 22000
