Non-code projects has build entries in contextual menu
I create a project with "compiler"/"linker is not required for this project" (as the one for non-code project in new project). But there is still build entries in contextual menu of the project. (which fails to build BTW).
Same issues with disabled project.

stale bot should be active only when maintainer/owner is the one who wrote last... waiting for other input...
