Addon will only play free streams

Hi, I am using addon on kodi 16. I authorize the add-on (version 2017.5.24) with Directv account. Webpage says it was a success:

Congratulations, you've successfully activated your device and can now watch NBC Sports. It may take a moment for your device to update.

You have access to NBC Sports video from the following networks:

NBCSN NBC Golf Channel CNBC USA

Any ideas what the issue may be? I love this add-on and it was working great for a long time. Only recently have I experienced this issue. I can email log file if you'd like just thought I'd check to see if there was a known issue. Thanks!

Hello, I also had this same problem with Kodi 17.5(add-on version 2017.5.24) and logging in using my Verizon FIOS credentials which told me the activation was successful just as it did for steezworld above. The 11/22/17 update seemed to fix many of the protected content streaming issues, however, the green, free streams still do not seem to play. I was wondering if anyone else been experiencing this same problem and that perhaps it too was a known issue. Thanks
