plugin.video.nhlgcl Can't skip through games or fast forward anymore.

When watching a game, it's now impossible to skip through commercials or, in general, fast forward to a specific point in the game. The controls are not even displayed in the player, and the keyboard shortcuts don't work either.

Tested with version 2024.10.17 on an X86_64 machine running LibreELEC 12.0.1 (Omega).

I would check to make sure inputstream adaptive is enabled.

I checked and i have InputStream Adaptive installed. I even unistalled it and installed it again, but the problem persists. No skipping available. I'm using Kodi 21 Omega on Android Box + plugin.video.nhlgcl-2024.10.17+matrix.1.zip

Any progress on this? I just checked and now it shows the progress bar. If I press right arrow repeatedly, it shows skipping +10s, +30s, etc. But when I release the key, the stream again starts at the beginning.

I then checked old VODs, from the beginning of November. There is no progress bar there, no matter what I click. So there is some difference with newer VODs, at least the bar is showing, but the skipping still doesn't work as it should.

Yesterday I watched live game in Kodi. At the first intermission, I switched to other apps and when I returned to Kodi, it continued from where I left of (the beginning of the intermission). When I tried to advance to the live stream, it started the stream from the very beginning of the game, and there was no way to return to the current time.

Just to add some info

I also have InputStream Adaptive installed, and I also have other addOns (Disney+, Netflix, ...) that work fine.
Some NHL games seem to have a progress bar now, but trying to use it resets the game to the start, which is super annoying.

I have the same issue on PC running windows 11 with Kodi v21.1. I have also InputStream Adaptive installed. When I try to move forward, the game starts from the beginning and impossible to return to the current time. I don't have this issue with any other add-ons (Catch-up TV & More ...). Any Update on the issue? Have the same problem, libreelec, Kodi Omega, all addons are up to date.

maybe that helps to solve the issue...I saw this issue on my Omega Install as well...went back to Matrix, no issue
