Cannot play highlights

When I want to play highlights it is really unpredictable if it will work or not. Some of the videos cannot be played because of restriction based of my location even though I was able to watch the same video couple of seconds ago and when I want to do it second time it is not possible. I am sure there is no restrictions for my location because I am able to watch it by my phone using the same network.

Hi. I’m also having a similar issue, though it’s more consistent. Some games claim to be blocked based on region, others don’t. Like the OP, I can play all games fine on a web browser. Am based in the UK.

Another workaround is to play full game of the same match and then try to play highlihhts then you can play also highlights if not try to play full game of another match.

I'd be interested in knowing how the addon grab the localization data. I believe it's not a server response since I can play the buggy stream from the web.

Could this be caused by the user token not being updated when playing a highlights video?

That would explain why it successfully plays after first trying to play a full game, because then the user token would have been recently updated.
