Storybook - Height issues in storybook docs

Many of the story book examples have incorrect heights when viewed in the "Docs". I see the problem on some SubsurfaceViewer and some WellLog viewer docs.

Might be as simple as setting this height prop, but we should ensure shared defaults so we dont need to change it in every single story https://storybook.js.org/docs/api/doc-blocks/doc-block-story#height
