Units and formatting of properties

Add unit support to layers showing properties

Include in

  • [ ] legend
  • [ ] readout
  • [ ] onMouse callback

The formatting information of the properties can come through a function or an object. It will contain the property name, unit, and a number of significant digits to be displayed on the readout, legend, and onMouse callback.
