Describe Problem

No longer using safety to scan for vulnerabilities in dependencies.

Suggest Solution

Replace with depandabot

Dependabot has been set up in NeqSimAPI to update all old packages, not just the ones with security issues. See https://github.com/equinor/NeqSimAPI/pull/70 for how it can be done.
