NeqSim database viewer and manager

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to have a tool to view the parameters in the neqsim database, to add new parameters for development and testing purposes.

Describe the solution you'd like Check the possibility to use tools such as adminer(https://hub.docker.com/_/adminer/) via docker contaner.

Describe alternatives you've considered Could be better alternatives. Eg. put the database in an online MySQL manager/viewer?
