Tracking of average model values in mlflow

It would give more insight in what has happened during model training if we track average values from an ensemble over various iterations. For example, one could track the

average bulk volume
average permeability
average porosity
simulation time
ensemble spread (Measure of collapse)
...

@edubarrosTNO, any more things you suggest tracking?
