Use a single well cell instead of one well cell per connecting flow tube

Even if a single well node is used, the Flow COMPDAT section will create connections for each connecting flow tube. This leads to an increased volume that is directly connected to the well, possibly resulting in an unrealistic pressure for a given inflow or outflow well rate. It needs to be investigated how relevant this is.
