Incorporate an optional network generation that depends on estimates from flow diagnostics

In order to simplify the network of connections generated by INSIM. We can include an optional network generation method that creates well pair connections using volumetric connectivities obtaining from flow diagnostics.

For this we need:

1. Obtain flow diagnostics calculations from OPM and create a network of wellpair connections
2. Add an alternative method for the network generation based on flow diagnostics in flownet

This can be an alternative network generation method and we can test the performance against INSIM network generation already implemented in Flownet.

There are several aspects that we could use to compare both methods:

1. Computational cost to calibrate the model using ES-MDA.
2. Quality on the forecast of the calibrated model.
3. Robust quality on the forecast on a more dynamic schedule (dynamic injection rates and bhp ).
