Show progress when deleting / creating runpath (takes too long)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When running fmu-drogon (drogon_design.ert), it takes ca. 5-10 minutes to create runpath and in this period there is no activity visualized in the GUI.

Describe the solution you'd like I would expect to see a progress bar (at least) to show what's happening.
