Show status of both parameters and responses in Experiment manager

Related to: #7508, we would like to show the status of both responses and parameters in the ensembles:

Related to #7826, which just shows realizations state:

Would also like to show each parameter and response group, and their status (for example for FORWARD_INIT, some parameters will be INITIALIZED, while some will have no parameter)
