Load results ui elements indicate work is being done when processing has completed

Using 2024.04.01-py38-rhel7 and RGS.

First initialise an ensemble Select Manage experiments -> Create a new experiment

At this point I don't think it matters if you initialise the ensemble or not, the results when loading seem to be the same.

Select Load results manually -> Load

User is presented with this, where the mouse pointer indicate waiting or processing (which is not happening).
