False positive on running in existing runpath

Describe the bug The check for running in existing runpath will sometimes give false positives

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a new experiment in Manage experiments
2. Sample parameters in said experiment
3. Run experiment (Evaluate ensemble)
4. Run ES-MDA by checking the Restart run and restarting from the ensemble we created in 1.

Expected behaviour The first experiment ran in the iter-0 folder, while the restart ES-MDA ran in iter-1-3, meaning that nothing was running in an existing runpath, yet we still got the prompt to delete runpath.
