Add a viewer to view sampled parameter values

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To view sampled values, I have to fetch them manually from realisation-folders.

Describe the solution you'd like An Excel-like viewer in ERT that shows all sampled values and allows me to export them to csv or some such. Perhaps also reachable from the terminal.
