Failed to create a new organisation

What happened?

When we try to create a new organization, it's failed

$ metal organization create -n cli-acc-org-test1
Error: Could not create Organization: POST https://api.equinix.com/metal/v1/organizations: 422 Address address can't be blank, Address zip code can't be blank, Address country can't be blank, Address country must be a two letter code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)

How can we reproduce it?
