validate repo move

For reasons that I can clarify later, the equinix-labs/otel-cli repo has moved to my personal GH under tobert/otel-cli. The transfer is done and it looks like everything came over cleanly.

[ ] validate redirects from equinix-labs [ ] validate packages from ghcr.io [ ] release the next version to ensure all that is working
