I've managed to fix issues with the reverse proxy and refresh is working fine under local admin user. As soon as i connected the ldap users tho and logged in...

Actually, managed to fix that: even if you give an LDAP user admin, you need to add it to project team with a role (gave myself owner, manager...) - evrrything...

The issue is resolved in 3.10, thank you
