Fork Budgie-Desktop to allow Connman system tray

Currently, the budgie-desktop is dependent on Network Manager package. Due to the purpose on huronOS of working with almost any network with different behaviors and configurations, connman is a more lightweight at better fitted manager as it was designed for embedded devices. This same fact makes connman rarely supported by GUI shells, which is the case of our desktop Budgie. For this reason, we might be needing to fork the budgie-desktop respository and add support and status updates from connman instead of Network Manager. Other possibility is to build our own applet of the system tray and work with connman, this way is not necessary to compile the fill desktop.
