Add huronOS native print service

Some OnlineJudges have internal features for printing code during competitions (eg. codeforces, boca, etc), but there might be a case in which the contest will not have this feature integrated. For those cases, it might be util to connect a printer to the network and configure a printer on the directives file. This will allow contestants to send code to the printers, and add a header to this files with the PC name, Team name and Desk number as provided by #14.
