Gnome Terminal not in Apps menu

Not the most blocking issue but we've been dragging this issue too much time.

Problem

When the contest mode is enabled, the Gnome-Terminal launcher (.desktop) doesn't appear on the Apps menu. It should be included as it appears in this menu plan:

https://github.com/equetzal/huronOS-build-tools/blob/fe2b9aad9c439668b0c00b70df6552d8786bb1f1/software-modules/base/03-budgie/files/gnome-applications.menu#L82

But for some reason it does not appear. So, let's take a deep dive into this problem and finally solve it.

I think this issue might not be relevant as the budgie version for debian 12 automatically loads all the .desktop files it finds in the /usr/share/applications folder and (afaik) the gnome-aplications.menu is not supported anymore there.

Since the Debian 12 migration is taking longer, let's take a look into this.
