Feature request: bulk edit torrents

If I select a bunch of torrents in tremotesf2 and hit "Properties" then it will open up a properties window for each individual torrent. This could open hundreds or thousands of windows, depending on how many torrents the user has selected.

I propose a feature like in transmission-remote-gui (transgui). In that client, if you select a bunch of torrents and hit "Properties" it will open a single dialogue box that allows the user to edit common properties such as speed limits and tracker URL.
