Support Tags/Labels feature

The long-awaited tags feature (it calls "labels" in Transmission) is finally here in 3.00 release. So it would be nice to implement labels support in Tremotesf.

Just wanted to say that I also would really appreciate labels in this program. It seems like the perfect replacement for transmission-remote-gui otherwise!

Guy who added labels to transmission here, you can try the gui I released recently, it supports labels and other recent transmission features: TrguiNG

@qu1ck Thank you for labels implementation! Your new gui looks quite interesting, but I prefer native UI over web UI in any case. That's why I'm here, after all!
