Stream input for write and output from read

Adding option for std output redirection to a file with -O Replaced min limit of Poll rate with 0, instead giving a warning if below previous min limit.

Add levels of Quiet and connect with Verbose, needed for using stdin and out for data streams.

As there was no defined formatting in the original, added my own default formatting with a clang-format definition.

This has only been tested on a Ubuntu 22 PC and a Raspberry Pi so far.
