Add prefixed labels for OBO based IRIs

The IRIs from the OBO "universe" are structured as follows:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/IAO_0000304 for 'caption' in information artifact ontology (IAO) http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0000011 for 'planned process' in ontology of biological investigations (OBI)

It would be a huge improvement of usability to have prefixes which incorporate the ontology ID and the concepts label like:

iao:caption obi:planned_process

Yes, let's come up with a good structural solution for this. As reminder to myself, not to forget also your suggestion for https://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/ManchesterSyntax
