[Feature Request] Import playlists from Spotify

It would be great if I could import playlists from Spotify (either by providing a playlist URL or by authenticating with Spotify and then choosing from the playlists on my account) and have the playlists be created in LMS with all tracks that exist in the library. Also maybe an indication of which songs are missing.

If this is possible and not too crazy, I'd love something like this too. (As of right now, I'm building my 2400+ song Spotify playlist from my local media library by hand, and something like this would massively help)

I export my playlists in csv format using https://exportify.net/.

They have an API you can hit, although it seems like it requires authenticating? https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/get-playlist
