Retesting these elements in Hyrax 4beta with WAVE returns errors (no labels on various form inputs in this section).
In recent local testing at Emory, we are no longer seeing this issue (Hyrax 5.0.1, Fedora 6.5) so this may be closable after retesting by others.

While re-testing Sirenia in the Sept 2024 maintenance sprint, this no longer is occurring (at least the UI components).

On re-testing with cleared cache, this isn't recurring. @rjkati this may be closable if you haven't been able to reproduce it, also.
Similar alerts are noted for Create New Work (single work) for the "Add Another..."/"Remove" links when a multi-valued field option is presented.
