I also noticed that there seems to be some throttling affecting the GPU utilization on Windows 11. As soon as the terminal window is in the background, the GPU utilization...
Any news on this? Ran into the same issue trying to convert this particular model to implement it in [WhisperX](https://github.com/m-bain/whisperX)
I have the same issue on Raspberry Pi 4. Updated the core system yesterday - now lovelace is unreacheable.
