`RazorExtensions` is not used

RazorExtensions is unused.

I created new Optimizely project and wanted to configured it in a Features way. Seen the way how to configure it in the Foundation project, but I wonder if RazorExtensions should be applied to the configuration.

Is that unused by mistake or a thing in development?

Just the expander is used, we will remove the RazorExtensions
