Multi language & multi-brand/site

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating a CMS multi-site, there's no site switcher and/or language switcher, making it difficult to create/demo multi-site, multi-language CMS environments. Please:

• Add a multi-site switcher (enable/disable from configuration, checkbox, default: disabled)
• Add a language switcher (enable/disable from configuration, checkbox, default: enabled, never shown when commerce components are active i.e. use market switcher)
• Add the alternate language tags to the head (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hreflang) this will ensure proper indexing of the site by Google
• Make sure the lang attribute on the HTML tag is correct, e.g. it should be "nl" for Dutch content, not "en". Yes, I've set the appropriate language in the CMS.
