I believe this work is complete for the getMetadata() and prepareData() methods, but still needs to be completed on the query execution and materialization code paths.

I'm seeing similar issues using RedisAI on apple silicon. It would be great to get ARM support for RedisAI.

Also, I'm not 100% sure my test assertions are correct, but they are at least close.
