List of uses cases

It would be great to collect package use cases both in order for users to be inspired and also to motivate support for the package from people concerned with bookkeeping. It isn't clear exactly what form this could take. Some options:

  1. A vignette with a free text list
  2. A vignette with an interactive html table
  3. A GitHub discussion section
  4. Other

Ideally, it would be useful to have some general metadata about the use cases for example disease, purpose (research or situational awareness etc), package extension linked to (this could be a nice way maybe of motivating contributions).
