Module extention - Lazy connection class with digitalocean spaces

There is a file (connection.py) added, which is used to get the s3 connections. Connections are mapped using SERVICE_NAME object. If SERVICE_NAME is digitalocean then it gets s3 connection with digitalocean endpoint or else default is set to amazon.
