Uninstaller Leaves Files Behind

The uninstaller leaves behinds some files with the .msi install. Most notably, it leaves behind the /appdata/local/com.bradenwong.whispering/ folder. This prevents whispering from fully resetting during a reinstall as the api key is retained as well as microphone permissions for windows. Deleting this folder and reinstalling allows the microphone permissions pop-up to appear again after an install, which resolves issue #68
