Invalid File Format

Hi there,

Thanks so much for a great product! The issue I am facing is that my recordings aren't being transcribed... the error I am getting is:

Invalid file format. Supported formats: ['flac', 'm4a', 'mp3', 'mp4', 'mpeg', 'mpga', 'oga', 'ogg', 'wav', 'webm']

Could you kindly help?

I'm getting this ALL the time as well. I love this product as well. I have to keep changing between services hoping that it would fix the issue. Sometimes it does but lately, it doesn't. I even try to restart the app. I came back here to see if there was an update to the app. I'm on the latest right now which is 6.5. Windows 11.

Hey everyone, sorry for the delay! I finally returned to development, and this should be fixed after the huge rewrite of recording implementation during the v7 release.

A lot has changed since then, but there still can be problems. Please reopen a new issue if the issue still persists!
