Added button for file upload that accepts audio or video, also on web version you can drag and drop file to upload

@Pr4c0w1ty Thank you for your contribution! I apologize for the delay in development, but I've finally returned and I've merged this PR symbolically in #579 to ensure you're credited as a contributor.

I really appreciate this, and I'm sorry that I've created so many commits that this is unmergeable, but I wanted to merge it symbolically. I would love to encourage you to have more contributions in the future! Your work on the file upload feature was really valuable and helped inspire the final implementation!
