Support "select all" and shift-click for qualification import

When importing qualifications, I usually want to import all qualifications of a category. Currently, I need to select every qualification manually. I'd like to have a "select all of this category" checkbox above and maybe eben support for shift-clicking the first and last qualification of a range that I am interested in.
