Tandoor Export

Hi, I would love to have a tandoor export.

I'll attach a PR. It works fine for me for a large set of receipts (over 500, but I only sampled for correctness). It's based on the Paprika exporter.

What I don't like:

  • it's hard-coded for german (just like the others)
  • it's hard-coded to 3 servings. Not really a problem though as it can be scaled in tandoor.

Cool, in general your PR looks quite good! I didn't try tandoor, yet. But I'm kind of tempted, because it seems this is a Django app?
