This would have to be specific to the CLI, and would involve providing some hard-coded default values (maybe overridable based on locale) I'm open to PR

Sadly, there is no "official" documentation on the Renault API. I have a Zoe40, and in that case the charge power is in W (divided by 1000 to get kW)....
`Access denied` is probably related to some contracts missing. For electric vehicles, they were called ZE Connect and ZE Interactive. You should look at your contract list on the Renault...
If you want to make progress on this, then you should provide some fixtures (with vehicle details + vehicle gateway details)
