The User Guide needs to be updated to reflect the latest features and changes in the system. This includes revising existing sections for accuracy, adding new sections for recently introduced features, and ensuring that all screenshots are up-to-date. The goal is to provide clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation that assists our users in utilizing our system effectively.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. All existing sections of the User Guide are reviewed and updated for accuracy.
2. New sections are added for features introduced in the last quarter.
3. Screenshots are updated to reflect the current system interface.
4. The updated User Guide is reviewed by the product team for accuracy and completeness.
5. The final version of the User Guide is uploaded to the appropriate platform/directory.
