Feedback has highlighted that our community documentation is currently lacking in several key areas, notably in providing comprehensive details on AWS infrastructure costs, troubleshooting for operators, and clear instructions on receiving support via the deployment guide. While this is addressed with our Professional Service Hours, we also need to share this information with the community

To address this feedback, we propose several updates to our documentation:
- AWS Infrastructure Costs: Include a detailed section covering potential costs, common usage scenarios with estimated expenses, tips for cost management and optimization, and links to useful AWS pricing tools.
- Troubleshooting for Operators: Add a troubleshooting guide specifically designed for operators. This section should include common issues encountered during the operation of our services on AWS, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions, and preventive measures to avoid recurrent problems.
Describe alternatives you've considered
While hosting webinars and Q&A sessions on these topics could offer temporary relief, permanently expanding and updating the documentation ensures that all community users have immediate and ongoing access to critical information. This approach is more scalable and can efficiently address user concerns as they arise.

The need for these updates was consistently mentioned across various feedback channels, including user surveys, customer support interactions, and direct communications during product deployment. Enhancing our documentation to include these sections will significantly improve user experience, operational efficiency, and the overall perception of our commitment to user support.
